- Various subjects are explored from 3-4 different speakers. I love this one on SUCCESS.
Ben Greenfield
- Ben may dig a bit deeper into subjects than you may want to hear, but I find it fascinating to explore various methods of dieting, sleep and exercise. I love this article about sitting.
Abel James (The Fat Burning Man)
- Abel James dropped 40lbs and discovered a method of eating that many feel works for them called THE WILD DIET. This is a great article as well about working out LESS to lose MORE weight.
